Shipping

 

Products are shipped within the 48 contiguous states.  We cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

We are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

All orders are filled as soon as possible.  Orders normally ship the next business (Mon through Fri) after we receive the order. 

 

Fruit Gift Basket Shipping


Fruit gifts cannot be in transit longer than 3 days or over weekends due to their perishable and fragile nature. Therefore, upgrade the shipping to 3 day or faster to make sure your destination will deliver within three (3) days.   Orders placed that will not deliver via the shipping method selected prior to the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday.

 

Shipping Methods

 
Providing the most economical shipping cost to you is very important and therefore we ship using several carriers. Various shipping methods will be used to ensure your gift arrives within the timeframe you select. Please supply an accurate physical address.

 

Returns

 

   1. No returns without our authorization.

   2. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RA or RMAs) are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.

   3. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and must be unopened in resalable condition.

   4. Orders can be returned up to 30 days from the time the order was shipped. Restrictions listed above will apply.

   5. You will be refunded for the full product amount for any defective products which did not request replacement.

   6. Replacements can be processed once the defective item has arrived back to us.

   7. Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages & Shortages

 

   1. Damages and Shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order otherwise it is processed as a non-defective return.

   2. Packages must stay in the original condition which they were received until the carrier can process the damaged claim.

 

Additional Fees


If an incorrect address is provided and the carrier cannot deliver as addressed any charges levied by the carrier to us will be charged to your account. 
The Redirect Fees are as follows:
  • UPS Address Correction: $15
  • Return Package Fee - An Address Correction Fee of $15 plus original shipping cost for return. Per UPS policy, all returned parcels will be returned and billed using the same service as originally shipped. Therefore Next Day Air parcels will be returned Next Day Air.
  • Intercept Fee $15
  •  Return Package Fee - A Redirect Fee of $10 plus original shipping cost for return. Per UPS policy, all returned parcels will be returned and billed using the same service as originally shipped. Therefore Next Day Air parcels will be returned Next Day Air.
  • If package is redirected multiple times, a redirect fee each time will be assessed.
  •  USPS Redirect Fees - If your package was shipped using USPS and a wrong/insufficient address was provided at the time of order and your package can not be delivered for any reason, the package will be returned to us as ìundeliverableî. Should this happen no refunds will be issued.

    With the volume that any shipping carrier delivers on any given day throughout the world, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the timeframe expected. It is very unfortunate when this happens however, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company's performance. We trust you will understand.
